What to look for….
There are several different types of sleep disorders and several different causes.  If you are concerned about your fatigue level and believe that you have trouble sleeping you should first consider the following questions:
  • Do you have difficulty falling asleep?
  • Do you have difficulty staying asleep?
  • Do you have difficulty staying asleep?
  • Do you feel tired even after waking up from sleep?
  • Do you snore?
  • Does your partner complain about your snoring?
  • Do you have excessive movement when sleeping?
  • Does your sleeping partner complain about your movement during sleep?
